Air Force badge Explosive Ordnance Disposal.
The basic EOD badge is awarded to officers and enlisted members who have completed the basic EOD course taught at the US Naval EOD school and are assigned to a position for shich the course is prerequisite. Personnel must serve in the position for a period of 18 months for the award to be permanent.
